The terms and conditions shall be deemed to come into force on acceptance of an order by Bevelynn Limited whether written or verbal. Title of the goods rests with Bevelynn Limited until payments have been made in full. The purchaser shall not dispose of the goods to any third party until payments have been made in full to Bevelynn Limited. Payments terms are nett 30 days unless agreed in advance with Bevelynn Limited. Bevelynn Limited reserve the right to charge interest at 6% above Nat West balance on all overdue accounts. All shortages and damaged goods must be notified in writing within 7 days. Returns will only be accepted at the descretion of Bevelynn Limited. Any goods accepted back for credit by Bevelynn Limited that are not faulty will be subject to a 10% handling charge. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. A copy of these terms and conditions are available on request and it is implicit in this contract that the purchaser is aware of these terms and conditions.
